rape, sexual abuse and/or sexual assault at any time in your life and you
would like to talk to someone about it then please call:
open every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening
between 6 pm and 8:30 pm
If you get a recorded message, leave a message and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Our Helpline is staffed by trained and qualified
female volunteers who are here to listen and support you.
Helpline workers can also provide support and information to
a woman’s supporters such as partners, relatives, friends,
carers and other workers.
Grace is the new Northumberland Sexual Violence Project offering services to women survivors of rape and sexual violence in the county.
Grace is being developed and run by Tyneside Rape Crisis Centre to address the needs of women survivors in Northumberland.
As part of the project, Grace will be offering:

Grace supports women in Northumberland over 16 years of age who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their lives.
Grace aims to raise awareness of sexual violence and the services it has to offer women survivors in Northumberland.
These services include:
We would be happy to visit your organisation and provide a talk for either professionals or service users.
Our aim is to provide counselling at as many different venues as possible so that you don't have too far to travel. We currently have counselling bases in Alnwick, Berwick, Blyth, Hexham, Morpeth and Ponteland.
Grace is taking referrals for counselling direct from women as well as by agencies or proxy on behalf of women. To find out about counselling or to make a referral please contact us on 0191 222 0272.
